You should have years of Experience with at least:
• Adobe Photoshop / Corel Draw
• Dreamweaver
• Add video players and other elements of creating interactive websites
• Up to date knowledge of RIA’s and Flash designing
• Update knowledge of latest technologies

Role Focus : Analyst Developer - Business Objects
Qualification(s) : BE/MCA/MCM/MCS Degree with first class
Certifications : SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports is an advantage
Location : Pune (presently)
Position Details : Work with teams/project lead and client teams on BI development on BOBJ platform

Experience At least 2+ in core technology working on BI/Reporting design, Development, Support processes
Essential Skills
Proven expertise in development - Designer, Webi, Deski, Crystal Reports, Xcelsius
Exposure in designing complex reports, dashboards, and security models for user groups
Strong experience in Development, Testing and Troubleshooting applications using BOBJ
Strong RDBMS design and development skills using SQL, PL-SQL & T-SQL
Exposure to different versions of BO viz. (V6/V6.5/XI R2/XI R3)
Desired skills
Understanding of BI road-map
Ability to identify & trouble shoot technical scenarios during implementation& support phases
Exposure to ERP/CRM/Legacy (OLTP) environments (dev/test/prod)
Excellent communication, presentation & documentation skills
Must be client friendly, analytical, team player with fast learning and knowledge sharing capability
Profile :Prophaze technologies is an IT research company ,concentrating more on innovative ideas and technologies
We need some one who is good in web designing ,especially one who is good in photoshop,HTML and css.We prefer some one who is in kollam district,but people from other parts also can apply if they are interested
