Profile :Community Manager is responsible for aspects of the program that deal with the Venturers and supporting them to excel. This individual is expected to manage the outreach to colleges and youth organizations. During the Youth Venture cycle, their will duties includes organizing workshops, and making community visits. This role is the link to the Changemakers and interested individuals will work with the Program Manager to execute and follow through with mentorship and alumni. These activities directly enable a growing community of Changemakers.
Qualifications:
A post graduate with an educational background in social work, psychology, counseling or human sciences.
Past experience of having worked with young people or in training will be an additional asset. Knowledge of English and Hindi is a must, Marathi will be helpful.
Must be creative, a strong leader, and have a passion for working with young people.
